Ferrari 250 Europa?
 
That paint, reminds me a lot of the Ferrari 212 Vignale.

EDIT: I'm really tempted to say it's a Cunningham C-3 buut.. I'm not sure, I've got a photo of one on my computer & it's green so it's hard to tell.

That does look very similar but it isn't.

Clue: This maker is more known for it's race cars.
