It's doesn't come assembled, you should add that to the rules cause I didn't know that the kits cars had to be assembled from the factory.

Well, a production vehicle is

one that is put into mass production as a model. It is produced in numbers and offered for sale to the public. It is the vehicle you can actually go out and buy.

I'll keep RocZX's round because he's right, it wasn't made clear in the rules. It has been now, though, I hope nobody is too unhappy with my decision.
