Hoping nobody will mind me posting this and also find it an acceptable format instead of being a blurred image? Came across it today whilst at work and thought it fitting for this thread:

Legacy version (CS2) of Photoshop available for free download here which should cover your needs for this thread.

You could also try Gimp which is free, and pretty nifty.
