I've never heard of a Nissan Murano, so NO. Guess again... :)
 
Murano's not in the game either... but i'm guessing wither an Infiniti FX45 or.... Audi Pikes Peak Quattro

Look at the format of the photo. This isn't the original advertising picture, but I've tried to recreate it myself. This was all pre-blurring of course. Does that photo look like something you may have seen before? :)
