Oddly, I would have so say Plymouth Superbird for this one, but I really have no idea.
 
its a modern blue and can the photos be a bit larger last two were hard to see, and my guess would be: Subaru Impreza Rally car concept (bug eyed WRX)
 
If that's a side exhaust pipe...then it's really hard to guess.
just one tip; is the picture showing the back or the side of the car?

It isn't the exhaust pipe, and also it is actuallly the front/side of the car.
