Looks like F-22 Raptor. Not 100% Sure but I know for my life its definitely the plane in the picture.

Americans v Russians (although only named in game as side A and side B...)

I usually started as the Americans and the aim was to destroy the Russians 3 bases. One time, I was playing away and accidentally shot down one of my own planes. Oooops. I was then labelled a traitor and had to go and fight for the Russians. I lost as I had already dealt out quite a lot of damage.

Then a light bulb appeared and I thought, "what if I start as the Russians and 'accidentally' destroy my own home base?" So, I took the Russian equivalent of the A10, loaded it with weapons, took off and destroyed my own base and everything round it, missile sites, radar sites etc. I was labelled a traitor again and forced to go and fight for the Americans. The result was that "we" had 3 bases and a full infrastructure against the Russians 2 bases and a damaged and impaired infrastructure. Result!

Hint: This screenshot is the 2001 build of a game that got released last year.
 
I would have never even thought that had anything to do with duke nukem.
