I just downloaded Fallout 2 and that looks very much like it. That's how I came to my answer anyhow.

Fallout is a good guess, very similar in presentation, however this was more action than RPG.

It's crusader: no remorse? I remember I used to play that game to death! But not sure About the title tho.

YES! This particular screen shot is from Crusader: No Remorse however I would have also accepted Crusader: No Regret as in game they pretty much look identical. I still have the old big box copies of both these awesome games. 👍
