That looks extremely familiar but I can't place it... Reminds me of how I remember Fighting Force to look but having googled it my brain has clearly remembered it completely wrong. There's another name on the tip of my tongue but I'm sure it was an FPS now that I think about it.

Actually you are completely wrong and is probably why you need to wait till it is confirmed by whom even posted the image as per the rules of the game.

Just for some clarification, Another World is offer mistaken to have connections to Flasback but in fact they are just very similar games. Another World is a 2D platformer and an amazing game but obviously not the game in question considering the picture depicts a 3D game from the PS1 era.

The game in question here was actually a direct sequel to Flasback and had you playing as the same protagonist. It goes by the title Fade to Black.
 
It looks like Final Fight to me, but newer. It's the inane grinning on the bloke with the red top that looks final fightish.

Not Final Fight, but it definitely feels inspired by it.

He probably just forgot about that rule. Just because you didn't confirm doesn't mean that you have to make a huge fuss about it.

If you had bothered to read further than the first line, you would have noticed that he actually got the answer wrong, hence why it's best to wait for the OP to respond.

That's nice of you to think that just because I'm voicing a valid argument regarding a lack of adhearance of the rules, that I'm immature and will look dumb. If we don't follow the rules, it's just a thread that people post screen shots in, nothing more.

The guess was wrong, simple as that. I don't understand why you think you have some moral superiority because I have a valid complaint that I wish to voice.

Happy? No. I don't derive enjoyment from putting down others. I was simply stating facts. I don't see why you should feel that way, especially when you were the one to basically attack me over such a trivial matter. In any event I feel like this has gone on longer than neccissary as I voiced my opinion in the very first post, now if it's all the same with you, I would recommended we get on topic.

EDIT: I had Fade to Black in the back of my mind but I kept think Black something something... I hate my memory sometimes. :(

With the exception of some of the very main stream Anime/Manga movie and game titles, I have very little exposure to subculture. I took a guess (and judging by the incredulous response) which I seem to have gotten it wrong.
