Final fantasy VI!!!

Nope. I guess none of you have played the game then, it's a rather memorable section. Ok another hint, it's the first sequel in a series which now has five main entries not including spin offs, like GT.

Ah yes, bit confusing maybe. Anyway yes it's of course Suikoden II, the area where Jowy and Riou mark the stone at the start of the game.

Oh damn! I know what this is but I can't remember the name! I seem to recall playing it a lot too.

You're right!

I think it was only a Net Yaroze game, I don't remember seeing it on anything else.
 
I remember trying to build something with Net Yaroze that was on a demo disc, there used to be tutorials in the official playstation magazine IIRC. I can't remember many of the other games but I do remember this one:
