Aha! I thought it was familiar. It was starting to really bug me that I couldn't quite place it.

I guess it's clue time. The guy in this screen shot is a famous British actor. I won't name him as a simple IMDB search would give away the title of this game, but he should be fairly recognizable in that shot. The game also stared a former Bond villain.
