Swara's last post in this thread was a "no" to a Spyker guess. Nobody said it wasn't Japanese, just that it might not be.
 
I posted that because I thought for sure my BMW guess was right. It wasn't so the answer could be a Japanese brand.

What I read was it was from a spinning propeller, and that the blue parts represent a clear blue sky.
