Well, this rally car of what manufacturer that had McRae for awhile had a blue livery in GT2, but, is now absent from the series.
 
Mitsubishi or peugot? Lancia is final guess.

I think he's talking about a manufacturer that made a car in GT2 that is no longer present in any subsequent games.
 
Ford, there is a white Ford Focus Rally car, and I remember that there was one in blue in GT2
