Ah, welcome Mr. Austin343. I had a feeling you were lurking. :)

I'm not sure what it is. I'm guessing some sort of light-tower...painted red & white so planes don't hit it.

Hmm, that's actually kind of a hint. :ouch:

here it is again, since we're on a new page. And no, it's not Grand valley. :indiff:

No and no. :(:nervous:

Hong Kong Perhaps?

I would say either the Nurb' or High-Speed Ring.

Yeah, it may well be Nurburgring. But my second guess is Motegi Super Speedway.

Wow., everybody wrong so far. :ouch: Guess it's time for a hint.

You know...being at this track takes me back in time. I have difficulty thinking about all the decades that have passed...;)

It must be Fuji, then. Or perhaps not, and I'm just using the wrong line of thinking.

And how about THIS prize?

I was lurking round the Fish Grotto the other day, and this shady dude in a trench coat sold me this gem for just a few grand! Go figure!

Nurburgring?

You're a bit late. You probably didn't see the next page. :p

Thanks as always, Parnelli. You know, somehow I've never driven any Trueno in GT4 before. Maybe I should try one some time. 💡

That's in Nurburgring, i'm sure.

EDIT: I'm such an idiot, read the first post on the page and jumped to a reply without viewing the next 12 posts including the hint and the answer. :dunce:

YEA I JUSt jumped into a Trueno the other day for the first time in at least 3 years. Cheap fun. Theyre not as easy to drift as they were in GT1, 2, and 3 tho. :grumpy: Like so many other cars in GT4, the Corolla & Truenos now understeer and snapback while you're trying to just get a clean, fun drift. :grumpy:

I had fun the other day doing donuts in a Trueno on the wet SSR5. :)

Hey where's the Michelin Man???

img0022.jpg

Cote D' Azure?

No sir. :( Good guess, though.

That actually is too hard..I just realized there's Michelin Men everywhere in GT4, so I'm dropping this hint early.

Laguna Seca? On the right, just before the Corkscrew?

hee hee nope, not motorland. not Laguna Seca. has anyone here ever eaten snails? ;)

What's a really slow track? Beginner's Course?

Mmm....not exactly slow. How about some champagne? Some wine? A long roll of bread? Citroens Peugeots...Renaults...hint hint hint ;)
