Wow, nobody got this yet.

Another hint--you can view this pixellated building (or whatever it is) while approaching turn 1 of this track. But sometimes you won't see it till you're in turn 10. I think I got that right..

Just drive on Twin Ring East, or the full road course. If you're at Twin East, after you cross the Start line and near the first turn, look straight ahead (sligtly to your right, actually).
