I just looked through all the models Alfa Romeo made between 1960-1980 in 3 different sources, including searching google images for each one listed, and havn't seen those wheels. Are you sure they were a standard oem wheels?

Please provide another pic if you can.

It's an Alfa junior 1750. Perhaps not a 'standard fit' wheel - but certainly a fairly common factory option.

I'll let someone else post one up.

never wouldda guessed that, the wheel arch looked unsporty and the wheel itself very showy and american-like.

i'll take the invite:

the 1991 quattro spyder

hugo you're on

? Who's hugo?

? What's a Quattro spyder?

? Since when do you have the power to take over the rules of MY thread and claim only one guess per post?

? What the hell am I even doing here?

ahem,
1: hugo is wrs colleague hugo boss that guessed the wheel while chatting over msn
2: the car is a concept that audi concocted back in '91 alongside with the avus
3: where can i find those rules please? and i thought gtp was a community?
4: you tell me :)

I think the "rule" he's talking about is that the answer should be posted inside this thread, so everyone can see who was the lucky guesser, or the smarty pants. Maybe you should tell hugo to post in here ASAP, with his answer.

He meant where Bigracer said "One guess at a time please" when sakiale never mentioned any limits on the amounts of guesses.

Sorry guys, I'm not going to be able to post a new pick:nervous: (electronics break at bad times :banghead: ). Someone else will have to take over for me. I had a good one too!:grumpy:
