Well i'm stumped!
 
There were only 17 ever built, and to my knowledge there is only one example flying today.
 
Did a Google and still can't come up with anything. Is it made by Boeing?

Damn, it looks like a Twin Beech knockoff, but the nacelles are too small and the stab is too far forward. Oddball.

On another note, thanks to "Mike" for updating the leader board information.

I was thinking Lockheed Electra, but it doesn't seem chubby enough. A Hudson, perhaps? Ventura? I'm staring to sound like DQuan...
 
Man, these general and commercial aviation ones totally pwn me. I can't even hazard a guess. If it doesn't have a gun on it or drop bombs, I'm clueless! :lol:

Well it seems like I stumped everyone - and unsurprisingly so as it is uber-rare :trouble:

As teh Aircraft King couldnt indentify it (Neon), I reckon I will just name it and pass the turn on to who ever wants it. :)

Certainly Russian, you can see the red star on its wings.
 
Whoops, didn't see the stars underneath the wings at first. The nose reminded me of a bomber built by Liore et Olivier.
 
Yeah, and those fat fighters slung under each wing are old prewar Yaks, I think. But I assume you're looking at the one in the middle.
 
Looks to me like a Tupolev of some sort. Is that on the right track?

Edit: Those engine nacelles are bothering me, but I'll stick with tupolev.
