Is it a Daytona Proto?
 
One More guess...Well, i can tell that it's a close-cockpit, Purpose-built car and I kind of see "Sunkist" on the front of the nose, so I guess it's an older car...But the rest of the car screams Daytona Prototype to me (The Roofline, Rear wing and General Shape)...

My guess is that its a Dallara DP.

I'll say that these cars aren't raced in any major racing series and they are raced in more than one continent.
