Hmm...the sound makes me think back of that which I heard when driving the E92 M3 in the BMW M3 Challenge game a long time ago (well, it's not a real life sound but it's pretty close). But it seems like this one has more of a shrieking tone and it's also slightly more high-pitched.

I'll still guess E92 M3.
 
I'll take a few random guesses, NASCAR or Audi R8 4.2?
