You're right about the game, but the car is nothing like an Evo. It's a Mazda MX-6 owned (used to be I think) by Dustin from Tekademics.

anyway not the cover cause i lost the covers but a NES cartridge with the picture all scratched up when i was little and i just did it up a bit

Actually I saw the game was from Sierra, so I went to their website and checked all of their PS2 covers. :D

That's a kind of cheating.
