The fastest AI in this game is Ayrton Senna in his Madonna car.

I was completely hooked on this game when I was 10 years old, and it’s what got me playing racing games to this day.

Carbon_6 is up next.
 
I kept running what pop stars I know of through my head who loosely sound like F1 teams, until I landed on Modena. (Sounds really odd now seeing the method typed out on screen...)

Alright here's my riddle. Should be easy.

Is it perhaps that boss from Demon's Souls that is protected by a knight who doesn't actually want to kill you, but will do so if you refuse to leave?
