What do you mean by "project"? You've uploaded an image that's only 109x119 pixels and it's displayed full-size.

Considering GT7 even on PS4 outputs 1920x1080, you've basically uploaded 0.6% of a screenshot. I'd suggest going back to the game, using the camera settings to zoom in to the bit you want to photograph instead of cropping it out of a picture, and uploading that image instead.
 
No, I'm zooming in to a certain area, that's the reason for the size.

Zooming in doesn't make the picture smaller. Cropping the small bit out of a big picture makes the picture smaller.

If you go back to the spot and use the camera controls to zoom in, you can provide a bigger picture.

All you've uploaded is a 109x119px image. It's displayed full-size. Making it bigger would make it blurrier:

It is not Sardegna. And it is a Northern European track indeed! A real-world circuit.
