I'm thinking Northern Isle Speedway, but there's no grass there. So it's maybe High speed ring? The big PD truck in the back usually gurantees a Gran Turismo original.

No again, alas. The picture is slightly misleading as various slopes have been flattened by the camera settings. That said:
