I don't really get why you... do most of what you do, but this one's bewildering.
Firstly, why the multiple guesses in one go? What's the point of that? If you're not going to take just one guess at the track you actually think it is, why not just copy and paste the Master Track List? It'll be in there somewhere. You are the only person in this thread who does this, although I did see someone else musing two possibilities six months ago.
Secondly... what are you even guessing? Even if those weren't three wildly different tracks, the picture shows a yacht-type boat and some water (and a shoreline beyond). You've guessed Sardegna Road Track which has no water at all and is ten miles from the sea (and then 240 miles to the next shoreline), Goodwood which has no water at all and is eight miles from the sea (and then 75 miles to the next shoreline), and Alsace which has a very, very small pond and is 250 miles away from sea.
Do you actually think this location is at Goodwood or Alsace Village (in which case, how?), or are you just naming tracks (in which case, why?)? I mean, I saw previously in the thread a clue that the circuit was in the Americas and you "guessed" Suzuka and Barcelona... These can't be real, actual guesses.
I note that most of this has been said by other people in this thread to you previously, but gone unheeded...
Personally, if I were given to this sort of thing, I'd guess at a track that prominently features water and boats - or I might think to myself "hey, this might be a track that prominently features water and boats", and then I might fire up the game to take a closer look at some of the locations I might guess at.
As a first guess, I'd probably go for Dragon Trail Seaside, as there's a big chunk of it - either side of the chicane of death - by a large stretch of water with lots of boats and some more land (with oddly square tree lines) beyond. If that proved wrong I'd look at others and guess those later.
