It took 3 times to get mine. First attempt went south due to wally of an instructor, second one went south on account of me getting my left foot stuck in the footwell (big feet..)and losing clutch control 👍

Heh. No, that time i got lucky and had a "nice" instructor and was sure to keep my boats in safe positions near the pedals

Well, "Learner's License" would be the equivalent of a Driving Permit, which is what I've had since December. What I got yesterday was the true-blue Driver's License, meaning I can go amuck on my own.

At my school, if I get an 85% or higher in the class and pass the driving final, you don't have to take the DMV final. They just give you your license. Unfortunately, my instructor claimed that I made a lane change over railroad tracks and flunked me on the driving final. I didn't, he wasn't looking. Before I even considered changing lanes, I checked my side mirrors and saw the tracks well behind me! He wasn't paying attention. Plus, I don't see how doing that is a dangerous manuver...

Cool. Driving alone is great. Go for a blast on the freeway - get it out of your system - when I started driving, I went for a run on the motorway, just because I could.
