Guides for B-Spec?

Is there any guides in this website or online for B-Spec? I must admit that I still have not touched this mode of GT5 at all as I was focused mostly on licenses and after having gotten gold on all the licenses I've started working on A-Spec.

Still, I heard you get better vehicles from B-Spec so.. yeah..

There's all the cars you can win... the rest you have to purchase. Premiums come from the New Car Dealers. Standard cars from from the Used Car Lot.
