OK, I'll try it again...

I'll assume I was correct, since it appears Zach wont be here to confirm I was correct for quite some time.

Here we go...

Fp-45.

edit: Here, guys. I'm going to sleep.

I never knew it had a model number. Well done. 👍 I just know it as the single shot Liberator. Originally made by (I think).........a division of General Motors. :dopey:

Yep. It was made by General Motors Lamp Division. Production cost in 1942 was $2.10. It was designed to be only shot at 20 feet, although it was only effective at HALF that distance, and only to be shot 10 times or less. In fact, the pistol came with all the ammo it could ever shoot (10 rounds). It also came with a wooden dowel, used as an extractor, and picture book to show how to use it.

Unofficially, it's believed this gun killed more enemy soldiers than any other firearm during WWII. No records were kept, of course. In fact, this firearm was the second biggest secret item made and used during WWII, next to the Eniac (SP?) computer.

At the end of the war, millions of these guns were dumped into oceans where they were stored, all over the world. The gun was dropped by parachute to help citizens arm themselves. Its use was intended to shoot enemy soldiers when they were all alone so the resistance fighters could arm themselves with a better weapon. It was EXTREMELY effective.

Not much is known about these guns, but collectors are scrambling to get their hands on one. They are very rare, and I'm betting their value will triple with in 7 to 10 years. They go for around $2,500.

This is the pistol mention by Sigint in MGS3. He said he designed the "EZ" gun around it. I assume that's how Omnins recognized this gun.

EDIT: Omnis, that's the C96 "Broomhandle" Mauser made famous by Star Wars (Han Solo's blaster).

Looks like an old style flare gun

Ok. I think I got this one. It's been digging into my brain all morning. At first I thought it was a Stevens GEM, but I remember seeing one at a gun show and believe that gun had a birds head grip, so that can't be it.

This picture is deceiving. If viewed from the top or iso view, it would have been easy! But going by the familiarity of the circular makers stamp around the side screw it finally hit me. I believe it is a breech loading 4 barrel C. Sharps Pepperbox. Not sure of the caliber though.

Zach? Who?

And I do believe we violated Section 2, Rule 3 didn't we? Hmm?

Anyways, I'll update the scoreboard momentarily.
