i while back when i first heard of gt4 coming out i was watching a show and i heard
a guy in a very nice old lowrider won the chance for his car to be gt4 i wanted to know if any one knows about this because i know i wasnt under the influence of any drug and i really want a update

yeah you can see those videos on the "playstation2" mag, there was a car show, where a few guys from Poly attended and there was a contest. The best car of the show (to the poly guys) won the chance of have his car in GT4.

Its an old guy with his wife who won with a suped up Cadillac i believe. The poly guys said it was a true mastepiece of a car. They didn't drive it at the time, but said that by the parts invested in it, it would be a joy to ride.
 
A buick won. Buwiked or something like that its called.
 
Yeah that's it, a Shiny Silver and Green Buuik, classic model with hard top i think. i don't have the mag cd anymore.
 
If you will take a look at the top right corner, you see the word "search" next to an empty space. In that empty space you can enter what ever you need to find. If you had entered SEMA Show winner, you would have come up with a number of threads that had what you were looking for, like this one...

Yep. They already showed a clip of it in action a few months ago. It was in one of those "Track GT4" features a few months back. It was running in the background during an interview with someone from PD.

I'm pretty surprised we haven't seen it in GT4 at all yet. Not even a photomode pic of it or anything...

Or is GT4 just that realistic!?

:lol: would hope to see plenty of sparks. Pity GT4 doesn't have visual car damage :sly:
 
i tried search but i wasnt sure wat car show it was or any thing else helpful to use as my search

i also agree lowriders suck to drive but are great to look at and hop in or for cruisin the strip 👍

EWW I dont think i wanna drive this car anywhere in the game I hope they reconsider putiing this car in the game.

Its funny how many of you dont know the diff. between a low rider and a custom rod or street machine. :grumpy:

You think that 62 at the top of the link is a low rider? Well it has 1200 hp twin turbo motor . It is not a low rider! because a car sits low does not make it a low rider. Look at the link it says " street machine of the year " not low rider of the year.

agreed, i love the car, looks fantastic, and im sure it goes well too. i would be very happy to own that car.
 
I don't particularly like the way it looks, but it will be interesting to see how it does in GT4, I didn't know it had 1200Bhp though, should be good for the drag races.
 
I like the inside of the car though, thats prety cool. Its not all that bad with all that power. The car might be worth it.
 
Quite immaculate. Check out what he's done to the drivetrain.
 
1200BHP street machine. Never thought id see that anywhere, wonder if the guy, useses it as a daily driver (probably not..). The thing might be a ***** to drive on a track but it will love photo and drag mode. Personally i would like to see more existing custom cars of all style in the game. I hope the cars interior can be seen somewhere in the game, the dials and wheel look cool.
 
I was well aware of its power after seeing it on TV on Spike Tv. Its not all looks and it has air suspension to lower and raise it. However like I said it will drive very very baddly and PD may have to exaggerate the drivabilty to make it interesting. The 20" wheels are a nice touch too.

I don't think it does. The car comes with a single F1 ProCharger Supercharger, and not twin turbos as stated before. The car in question, Bu'Wicked, did not win "street machine of the year." It only won the SEMA 2003 award for best car. With a 455, which probably has 500HP, and then the F1, which can provide up to 1080HP, I say the car is around 800-900HP only. The average HP boost of that F1 supercharger is between 300 and 500 HP. I doubt very much if the owner would run it at that high of a boost to reach 1,200HP. But, it is possible.
 
So it's the Booeck (Buick) that won, not the Kadillack (Cadillac)? :confused:
