When EA asked Ferrari and Porsche to be in why didnt they say no like Italian Lamborghini did to GT3.

Lamborghini didn't say no for GT3. PD did not get a Lamborghini license which is why the car was pulled even though it didn't have the Lambo badge or name. The reason PD didn't get a license was because Lamborghini was exclusive to EA. Also, why would Ferrari and Porsche have said no to a **** load of cash for an exclusive license, remeber how long ago that license was made, Ferrari and Porsche probably wouldnt have wanted to be in GT1 and leave the NFS series behind, maybe it was the same with GT2, but after GT2 the NFS series started to become second best consistenley. It was probably only coming upto GT3 that Ferrari woudv'e wanted to be in GT after the effects of having your car in GT had been researched and publicised but by then they were tied to EA until November this year as far as I'm aware.
