Halo is boring....

halo has good first impressions but there just isnt the longelivity (spelt wrong i know) of timesplitters 2 man i love that game.
 
Timesplitters 2 is a shallow piece of crap. Yes I own it.

Halo 1 and 2 are better in every single way.

And yes, CS Source IS better then halo 2.
 
halo is just so damn boring evryone ONLY uses rocket lauchers and i just ceom up behind them with a pistol hit in ther back and watch them fall to the ground like a little noob then i start luaging. LOL! and the singleplayer campaign is stilll pretty boring. if u want a GOOD single player campaign then a good online game in one get HL2 then player counter-strike when ur done it great!

but when i played halo for the first with my friend i had lots of fun but the next dat it got boring even though counter-strike is repeative people don't just fly around in a banshee or drive in a scorpion tank or use a rocket luacher thats what everyoone uses and i can easly take em outlike theres ths one guy who ONLY uses the tank so i sneak up jump on the tank and shoot him with the pistol LOL!

If there's a reason to avoid playing counterstrike, it's the typical counter-strike player. oof.
 
Halo is a brilliant game. Like ANY game, you lose interest after a lot of playing. HL2 is a brilliant game also, and yes I have gotten bored of that (CS included) also. What a stupid thread.

what so ur saying when a person thta plays counter-strike plays any other fps game they own all the other players. well yeah at least fro me and my friends we all in clans we go play HALO or any other fps online we almost always win cause of counter-strike theres actually valuable players that play on there. Exp. ME!

ok so what if i talk crap to halo players they all deserve it all they is o halo is the best fps EVER! and with the online play i can name 50 ps games BETTER then halo 1 and 2.
 
I'm a halo fan and I don't think it's the best fps ever. Well that's kinda thrown your well thought out theory down the U bend. Master_yoda, how old are you? By the stuff you say, and the way you type (with boxing gloves on), you can't be over 12.

By the way, I want you to name 50 fps shooters that are better then halo and halo 2. When I say better, I mean actually better, and not "better" clouded by fanboyism.

Here's my list...

Half Life 1 and 2.
Far Cry.
Unreal 2004.
Battlefield games.

I can just see your list now... "red faction 2, killzone, alien trillogy etc etc"...
 
All FPS games are boring.

They don't have variety amongst the horde...it's just a new piece of poo in a fresh toilet IMO (not halo, all FPS games).

If anything has ever been innovative it's the physics engine in HL2. :)

that's like saying all fighting games are boring. it's a matter of taste.

either you like blowing people/monsters/aliens/thingamajigs away with big guns or you don't.

conversely, either you like beating people up with combos from a third person perspective in a small arena stage or you don't.
 
i'm 18 and i struggle with a diasbilty normanlly called add of coarse some people may not now what the hell it is. and i struggle in school so my enlish sucks 👎 and thats definatly not my list... heres a few. HL 1 and 2, brothers in arms, call of duty, all of the bf series, moh series shall i go on?
 
this is no just me practically everyone at my school that plays game such as these (fps) agree to what i am saying and quit a few mags also.
 
just because you have ADD doesn't mean you have to type like a moron. I can vouch for this, as I have friends who, even though they've been diagnosed, take extra care not to show it or appear like a fool.

your reasoning is pretty dumb and immature, but i think that has already been covered.

about halo is boring.. well i never played Halo1 so last week i bought Halo2 after reading reviews with the lowest score about a 9 so the next day i went back for my money, imo everything is hyped. i didnt like the controls.. i dont like the engine i think, doom3 is much better for me, more deathmatch actions more hardcore, but not too many couse doom3 gets also boring but not as boring as Halo2.. i was like waiting trough the whole game on something that didnt happen.. its called enthusiasm, anyway im gonna get Gta San Andreas today, well that game rocks !
i found it really a bummer that evryone is full of Halo great etc... how can gamespot give so high score? next time i try before i buy :)

omfg u guys don't know what i'm say sometimes when i type here and other places i mind just goes off i can't think but still typing and i end up entering it cause just not paying attention. like now i'm not hyper or anything so u can see my typing is better. but when its off like the past it sucks i know thats why on alot of essays i have for school REALLY i mean REALY suck cause i'm not focused. and if u still think i'm a complete idiot feel free to think that i'm only and idiot when hyper, thats why i can't i much suger but i can play video games cause they calm me down and i just am hypnotized by the game. i hope u get me now.

and my mind sets off by the time i finish so i forget to edit it. and another thing some people add worse then others and i get a pretty bad case, and thats why my english is bad cause i have to go home from school al the time due to my mind.

P.S. i'm bad at all school work.

exactly please if you don't have add u definatly don't know how hard it is, and to top that off i have a bad case that not only makes my mind wonder but if i forget to take meds in morning i'm bad for the day even if i remember later

Indeed. Me and friend often go through Halo 1 campaign. We dont usually play multiplayer unless we go over to a friend of his house where there's usually 6 or more people playing Halo 2 but thats only every couple months or so.

Same here. Or when a whole lot of friends come over like 4 or 3.
 
this forum has gone from halo is boring to halo is good then to boring then to my add then to good again i mena this is a forum on how BORING it is not my add or how good it is.

you apaerently havn't played any of the half-life series, in fact not many fps cause again i can name lots of games better then halo and even doom. but i agree doom is a very good fps and it is better then halo.

halo is in lack of people on line. if halo gets 20 million to play online like cs then i'll put more efort to like it.

I have in fact played many Half-Life games. In fact, I've also played many FPS games. I've played everything from Wolfenstein to Halo. You can name lots of games better than Halo? Alright, name them then, I'd love to see your list.

Halo is not in lack of people online. Counter-Strike has been out over 5 years. Halo hasn't been around nearly that long. Also, Counter-Strike is a PC game where online access is much easier than console access. The number of people playing Halo online would triple if it were a PC game.

Yoda, you bring shame to your name. If I recall, the real Yoda had at least a bit of logic to back things he said up. You are the complete opposite. :dunce:
