Well we can start celebrating over here, and this way I got to make the thread I'd miss it otherwise. (I checked his location when I saw the birthday and knew I'd be early for Pupik, but here in the UK he's already a year older )

It's always nice when someone you don't really know says happy birthday, and Pupik probably doesn't have a clue who I am

My wife arranged for little Bailey to give me a birthday hug, which really made my morning. Coffee was ready, and although I'm running a bunch of errands today, I can't complain.

Yep, it's time for those annual colon exams, Metamucil in our diet, working out to stay "normal", always tired, but hey....we can look forward to our bodys falling apart as well as chronic aches and pains.

I go in for a MRI in a week, will probably follow up with surgery on my shoulder.
