Since you ask, I would have to say yes, I think you should post them less often. The odd one here and there is fine, but if you are opening as many birthday threads as the rest of GTP combined, then forgive me, but it looks a little insincere and impersonal.

Also, while I'm at it, if there is already a birthday thread on the front page of the Rumble Strip, it helps if you add the name or names of the subjects to the title. It's not just my personal preference, it helps when you want to review the thread later. Having two or more threads with identical titles and made by the same person makes it more difficult to quickly access the thread you actually want to read. It also makes searching for the threads easier in the future...
