I have a small problem.

I have 3 hard drives in my computer but everything I download goes into my near full one. Anyway to change this? Also any way to make steam do it as well?

Ps sorry for being a noob.

For Steam, copied from another page I google searched

move the steam folder, uninstall steam

install steam, choose custom location, select your 2nd drive, install it there.

login.

logout

move over old files (or change folder name)

login

I dont know what exactly you are downloading and what you are using, but for firefox for example, there's a option that will ask you where you want your files to be put in. There's an option like that for every browser. If you're using download manager it's the same things, there's a default folder but you can either change it or be asked where you want each files to be put.
If you want more details just tell me what you're using to download and I'll tell you how to change the folder where it's put or beeing ask where you want it.

IE (Latest version.) I can use chrome. And Windows 7.

Ok so if I click save as I can choose the download place rather than clicking run right?

Yeah exactly, on Chrome by defaults, it saves automaticaly under a path. To change that you click on the menu (key in the upper right) then settings. Down in settings, there is line named show advanced settings, click on that and then on download, you have a case you can thick that is named always ask where you want to download the files or something similar (I'm translating from french so it might not be the exact same term but something along the line). Click on it then it will ask you every time you download something where you want it.

On IE you click on save as and choose the disk where you want the thing you're getting to be saved.
