Has anyone deliberately/accidentally run out of fuel during an Endurance Race?

I wonder if GT just leave you there with a DNF or some little men in overalls come and give you a top up!

Yup, had it happened to me when I was in the Indy 500. It was so boring and I wasnt paying attention. Went past the pit and boom. 7x km/h until i got to the pit on the next lap.

Yea you go 50mph until you hit the nearest gas station, or pit stop...

Fuel is not a big deal. But a flat tire is when you have 3/4 of the round left.

Hobble to the box is really no fun. But can happen when you play with cockpit view & HUD disabled.

If you blow past your pit entrance just turn around and pit. It's much faster than driving around the track at 50 mph. 👍

Always run out of fuel on endurance races, about an hour into it when I mentally check out and go on "auto-pilot". You know what I'm talking about.

I've done this only once on '5 but while running the 24hour enduro races on GT4 I've had it happen to me several times in one race!
