It varies. Sometimes he gives us clues and is pretty obvious, and sometimes just posting style (and anymore clues that I don't know that the moderators find).

4. Why do you always ban them?

He has had several accounts - before the "ban on sight" - already and every one has been banned because he has stirred up trouble. Want to give him any more chances to make more and annoy everyone again?

Fastest ban at the moment is a tie betwee Famine and Der Alta - 2 minutes from post time to ban and thread recycle. My personal best is under 4 minutes.

PublicSecrecy/PS was a GTP member who had a very spotty career. When it became apparent that he just was never going to shape up permanently, he was banned. He came back and was tolerated for a bit, but soon lapsed into his old ways and was banned a second time. After that, for some reason (probably because he's an immature lackwit with no life), he's made it a mission to see if he can annoy the mods by reregistering again and again.

While he has not succeeded in annoying the mods, he has succeeded in boring us silly with his infantile crusade (Hi, PS). We have ways of identifying his new accounts that I cannot share with you, but frankly, we rarely have to bother, since sooner or later he can't resist the temptation to feel smug about himself and so he lets slip who he really is.

And, lastly, we always ban him on sight for all the reasons I've just outlined above.

Yes - But that is just for your PC - Your external IP stays the same even if you do this a million times. If you want another public IP, you'll have to reboot your router - And even that might not help..

Try www.whatismyip.com .. It'll show that your public IP is the same no matter what your box' IP is.. (Except if you're running your box straight on the internet with no NAT'ting firewall or router - but then you're also known as a "Honey Pot" )

Erm.. actually I am another re-registered user, but the mods seem to be ok with that since I havent done anything stupid yet. I cant give you any more information.

Life has been pretty bad, because my mom has been making me study Chinese, AND Spanish all day. Its freaking summer vacation!!!!
