Gran turismo 1 was released in 1997, 3 years after the PlayStation was launched. GT 2 was released as the swan song game for the console. GT 3 & 4 appeared on the PS2 and all was good then it took 6 years to produce GT 5 an incredible 4 years after the launch of the PS3. So here we are with GT 6 released in the dying breath of the PS3. Going off past production I don't expect to see GT 7 until about 2015 or 2016 by then I think PD might have been resting on their laurels too long . There are other racing games in the pipeline that have been solely developed for the "next gen" consoles and going off past performance it will take PD 3 or 4 years to catch up.

Don't you mean Côte d'Azur? PD doesn't have rights to park their big shiny boat at Monaco.
Haha oh yeah that's right. Let's hope their boats are built better than the car's in this game or else they had better be wearing life jackets lol.

If it had been PD who built the Titanic, fanboys would say the people who are drowning should stop complaining and enjoy the stars in the sky.

If it had been PD who built the Titanic, it would hit the iceberg at 370 km/h and just keep going.

If it had been PD who built the Titanic, it would hit the ocean bottom and then bounce back to the surface.

They're already way behind when it comes to sounds. Have a listen to this, & remember that this isn't even a finished game (sounds sweeeeeeet :D). I think GT will always have the edge when it comes to graphics, but in many other areas they're way behind already.

Well, now they can catch up with that boat easily :)
