Has this ever happend to you?

I just went online..and saw a derby room so i stroll on in....and..BAM!! I was attacked...the room was all players from Mexico and they all yelled gringo!! When i came in they all smashed me! Im hispanic so i understood everything they were saying it was so funny! And every time a player with a US flag came in was jumped as well...has this ever occurred to anyone else?

Just an update...everyone in the room started saying stuff to the players without a mex flag..so i wrote back (no mic) stuff saying why are hey acting so tough and like jerks..and i got rejected! Haha it was fun though....hope i dont get jumped again!

Just get kicked room Called "drifting school"
I drifted bit and asked host could he bit teach me :lol:

I had that happen before, I'm not Hispanic but born and raised In El Paso so I'm more than fluent. The best part was when I started talking back you could have heard a pin drop!

Usually a Mexican, Brazilian, or any foreign flag will get kicked from an American rooms (ESPECIALLY NASCAR) almost always because of ignorance =\ So those guys just return the favor (and rightfully so) when an American joins their rooms. Its sad that is has to come down to this

I take no responsability for the actions of my connationals. :lol:
But really, it also has happened to me, it was on a Spanish (as in from Spain) room.
I agree with RedPartyHat. Seems the world still needs a better conscience. :indiff:.
 
Is it just a mock of racial discrimination or display of biased view toward Americans...? Anyhow I found your story so interesting to read through, grumbles from people of distinct race in a different language are either an insult or stifle jeers if you can fully understand what is uttered or their words are full of mistakes. :indiff:

That normally happens because they don't understand and don't listen to the host rules. They usually come to the track with any other car but a NASCAR.

Well I have to say- though it may seem bias- but the worst members here are probably better than most players that you'll find in public rooms on GT5. I sadly have to agree with you because this is the way many americans in dirty nascar rooms treat canadians or french people.

And the thing is if your not part of the solution your part of the problem....and like someone said in the post before that this either causes laughter or angry..but thinking about it it causes sadness seeing how people act

Well it's annoying that a game series I grew up with is nothing more but cops and robbers, dirty nascar and demo derby on SSR X.

Sure it is, becuase I have that one on the Wii as well. Anyways we're getting off topic.

Maybe PD should make one off suits of the mario kart characters and thus we can take our PDI karts out for a spin. GT/Mario Kart, thus no one will feel guilty for ever doing a demo derby.

Haha that would be epic! Well if somebody with the canada flag is getting kicked thats pretty lame because it might be someone form northern U.S using that server...plus canadians are awesome...hello canadian bacon! And honestly my bud in college is canadian and his pretty chill!
 
I recently joined a public Canadian drift room with a good connection and got kicked cause I didn't speak French. I wasn't even on the mic, just the little join message was English. Dudes on the
Mic sounded a little upset. Connection was good too, not lagging people up. I can understand kicking people for lagging, being dumb, or spamming. Dunno just thought I'd share that. Also remember getting kicked from a race cause I was beating a bunch of no driving kids in nice lambos and ferraris with a Subaru lol.
