This popped up in the Funny Gif thread... Help?

I mean, I'm premium, so why were ads loading up in the first place?

No ad code is loaded for Premium users, so I'm not sure where that would come from. I did some research on the error message, and it seems others who have reported it were all using Hotmail, as "msads.net" is one of Microsoft's ad servers.

Is there any particular page in the Funny GIF Thread that causes this message to be displayed for you? What version of IE are you using?

Um, can't remember the page, probably like page 9 -I use the 5 posts a day- I was logged into hotmail. Never faced the problem after I logged out of hotmail. Problem resolved.

It's an ad from Hotmail, a quick google search on ads2.msads.net points to discussions about hotmail.
