a few people said it but I'd want Aston Martin, everything they've ever made. Also, and i know it'd be worthless but Jeep. Again i understand that it wouldn't be useful but there are dumber cars in the game and I would like my 88 Wrangler to be in there. 
Old Le Mans cars would be nice as well i.e.:
etc.
It would also be nice if they (assuming they'll still have the licenses) would use the nascar and top gear licenses better. For Top Gear I'd be happy with something as simple as having the reasonably priced car, and more cars that were actually on the show, and have a standing start, maybe even a ghost car for the stig's time. That's been discussed to death though. For NASCAR I'd have loved to see some of the classic stock cars Richard Petty's blue super bird and later Pontiacs, Dale's older cars (Wrangler Jeans, etc), all those guys and the ones before.
Also some classic F1 cars would be fantastic.
Some newer cars would obviously be great, but as you can probably see I'd be happier with more of the older stuff.
