What pleasant surprises have you got?
I had only played A-Spec races so far, no special events or such.
I was doing some time trial practicing earlier and decided to checkout some tracks I'd never played.
One thing I had yet to do was play any dirt or snow courses.
So I went loaded up "Eiger Norwand K Trail", since I knew I like the road course there.
Holy mother of God!!
First off, it starts you on an incline slope.
I got a phone call, and just left the car sit.
I look over and see the car slowly backing down the hill.
30 seconds later and it is careening down a dirt hill still gaining speed!
This thing went backwards down a hill forever, so I knew it would be good.
When I finally got to do a few laps, I was shocked how I had missed out on such an awesome piece of GT5 until now.
The track is 5 miles of the wickedest twists, turns, elevation changes, dirt to asphalt changes, you have seen.
It reminds me of the Nurburgring in it's complexity and learning curve.
I am now going to put aside my A-Specing until I have got a chance to run laps on every single course in the game.
Any other great ones I should check out sooner, rather than later?
Oh, and I've never been a fan of dirt, so if you are the same way, don't let it stop you, this course will convert you into a wanna-be rally driver!
