I'm having a bit of difficulty getting accustomed to the physics in gt6..I was pretty good using my ds3 on gt5.. But this game is seriously testing my patience.. I use analog to steer and l2 and r2 for gas and brake.. I could drive so smooth on gt5 but this game, not so much. I feel like it's mainly my entry. I can't seem to enter the corner properly the car is so jerky.. I don't know what the heck to do. Anyone else have the same problem? Any suggestions?.

slow down? But seriously, You probably just need to pace yourself until you find your rhythm with the new game. Take it slow, don't rush, don't try to beat every schmuck out there and just drive clean laps. It'll come back.

Use the right analog for gas and brake, and use L2 and R2 for shifting... That's my personal preference though.

Try adjusting the steering sensitivity to find a setting that suits you, for some cars I actually dull mine down to -2.

I whole heartedly recommend taking all aids off (except for abs) and sticking on comfort softs if you havent already done so. This will give a really good feel for the car's physics.

I use a ds3- analog sticks for steering, gas and brakes, L2 R2 for gear shifts.

I agree with this, I played with steering sensitivity on 7 throughout GT5, but it seems like that setting is extra sensitive in GT6. I also second using the right thumbstick for throttle/brake.

Part of me also feel that the brake bias plays a bigger part in this game (brakes lock up easier, even on ABS1). Make sure you adjust according to your driving style. (If you're a late-braker, lower the brake bias to avoid locking up and put more front brake bias. These will gradually "train you" into braking earlier and in a straight line before the turn.)

As a ds3 user i also had some difficulties to adapt, you need only to practice. My sensitivity is always around +2.

I used square and X in GT5 and now change to L2R2 in GT6 (because I'd done some F1 20xx recently and used to that), other than that I didn't feel too much different. I usually use 2 for traction control, ABS 1

For very fast reaction cars I need sensitivity to 6 or 7, normally the default 0 just doing fine
