Just got HD Advance for my PS2 and it's brilliant, was really looking forward to playing GT3 with virtually no loading times only to find that it only loads up to the GT3 logo screen and then hangs :grumpy: Any body got any ideas or have managed to get GT3 working with HD Advance please let me know and I will be eternally grateful :bowdown:
 
I have HD Advance and I have no problems Playing GT3 But I believe there's a thread for this already and I would advise doing a search, There should be several Reply's there regarding your version.

Thanks for that I will do a search and let you know how i get on, what modes do you use to get yours working?
 
Just trawled through the threads and the only references are to GT4 and not GT3 :grumpy: Maybe i'll try erasing it and putting it on again :banghead:
 
I've not had any problems with GT3 at all. You might want to make sure you got a good copy - though I'm pretty sure it would tell you while it was copying if there were any problems.

🤬 AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGH, just got an e-mail from HDAdvanceUK and they say it should work too, so I deleted GT3 from my hard drive, re-installed it and it still hangs :sick: Just a thought but my version of HDAdvance is 2.1 is this the same as you guys or could there be an issue with V2.1 that Ive just discovered

I'm using HD Loader. Are you using your computer to "install" it or are you using the PS2?

I'm using the PS2 to put it on the hard drive, I'm starting to think the problem is with the version I am using (V2.1), so if anyone out there is using the same version let me know if you've had problems too, or if GT3 works please let me know what version you have. Just so you know I have an unmodified UK PS2 and the game is my own original.

The sad news is that GT3 is not compatible with V2.1. A guy from HDAdvanceuk.com has just e-mailed to say that he's tried it with this version and it doesn't work, but does work withv1.0 as thats the one he uses :sick:
So does anyone know where I can get V1.0 from and many thanks to the people that's helped me so far.
