HD quality YOUTUBE videos. How do you do it?

How does he get the quality so high?

Notice at the end it's just a blank screen

I'm sure that has something to do with how he does it

You essentially are tricking YouTube into thinking the video is X amount long when in reality it is much shorter. Then you are able to shove more data into the space that YouTube would allow for the X long movie. It was done by converting the video into a certain format with certain settings. I don't think that way works any more, though.

Having the video at the resolution of the youtube player helps.
