ok i have a old bluetooth earpiece thingy. now i can get it to work on the ps 3.(i can hear my voice when i talk into it ) but noone seems to hear me online do i have to setup something in the game i have checked settings but no luck

You have to do a pairing mode thing to lock the PS3 to it
XMB menu > settings > acessory settings > bluetooth devices

Have You got the heat set. Input/output Set to head set In your settings?
