Headless driver?

Just awhile ago someone online won a race and in the corner where it shows the winners avatar , he had no head just a suit ? anyone else seen this?

it is called an invisible helmet. The guy i race in league with has it, and explained it to me. He said he also has an invisible suit. When you run a race it shows your driver wearing a helmet or suit, but the winning icon on the bottom right shows it as invisible. I thought it was neat the first time i saw it also.

I've heard of one that can change the color of your car but not invisibe thats interesting
