Headlights need to light up the car infront on Special Stage Route 7 & 5.
Seems like a strange oversight by PD

I notice this the most in bumper view... with the mirror at the top of the screen.

There are lights on the road, but no headlights glaring in the mirror. But when you look back -- sure enough -- there's headlights on the car behind.

Online I can't see someone behind me flashing hi beams because of this. I find it quite odd that headlights don't reflect of the reflectors on the rear of most of these cars.

Your headlights should light up the rear of the car in front like this from Import Tuner Challenge


If you put your car pointing towards a wall in GT5 you can see the lights working properly but for some reason it does not illuminate the rears of the cars in front

Whats odd is that lights illuminate the rears in the night races at the Nurburgring so the tech is already there, but for whatever technical reason it was not included for special stage route 7 and 5

I knew it! The guy talking about how he uses lights online to tell people when he's approaching was talking bullcrap when he said they could see him.

I noticed this too. The STUPID thing, from the mirror, you can see the lights reflect on the ground, but you don't actually see the lights on the headlight! It's pretty stupid if the headlight actually shows when you "look back" rather than using the mirror.
