So to start this off. Is there anyway to fix headphones? My Philips' decided to break on the right side wich is really annoying. Philips SHP2000. Thank you

Did it physically break? If not, try moving the wire around to find the sound. If so, you can try to bring it to a local electronic store (Don't know if they have Radioshack in Finland). That is my diagnosis for now.

I would recommend that you send it to a electronic store. They will probably inspect it, try to fix it, and poof. I suggest you check out the manual if you still have it or try looking it up.

Pay someone to fix a mediocre pair of $40 headphones? Not by a long shot unless they'll do it for $10 or less. And even then that's 1/4 the cost to replace them.

Take them apart yourself, see if there is just a wire that has come loose and if so reattach it. If the solution is either A) not obvious, B) not repairable or C) cost prohibitive, just buy a new pair.

I agree with this, also while you have them apart try running wires from another source (radio anything that has a place for speakers) to the speaker in the headset. Be sure to turn the volume down so you don't blow the speaker in the headset while doing this.

40 dollar headphones? More like 20 There is just some nostalgy between me and them. Maybe i should buy new ones. Any recommendations?

Very good idea. That could also troubleshoot if there's an issue somewhere in the cord or plug, too.
