I don't understand what's going on in here.

#ruined

Well, the 2nd one is ok. Don't think mine will be that low.

You say that but you know there was a moment of seriousness.

That looks so clean, as I was in class looking at the pictures I actually said it aloud.

I intend to keep it that way (at least the exterior). Very happy with the car. :)

I'd love to get my hands on a Wald kit. Very tasteful IMO.

Cleaned up the Miata and started it for the first time in a couple months. Now to get the new tires mounted. Thinking about doing a livery for Miatas at Laguna Seca next month. Maybe Calsonic or Pilot?

I like it, but I'd have to change the color of the entire car to do that haha. Too much money in vinyl.

I liked the original JAF badge placement compared to where you actually mounted it, aesthetically speaking. Maybe it's perspective but I feel it's now too much in the corner. I also wonder how it would look were it recessed in the grill a bit like the Lexus badge but obviously that would require hacking into the grill.

Also your Miata is badass.

I've been thinking the same thing lately. I think I'm going to move it up to be parallel with the Lexus badge.

Thanks!

Right on. I think it will be competing too much with the Lexus badge and look odd if it were on the same level but that's only my opinion, I think it was pretty much perfect in post #648.

I'll try a few more places for it tonight. I was thinking of getting a second badge for the other side to balance it out too.

Just want to chime in that I agree with @casey_2005 on the location. I think as in Post #648 works well. That location slightly below the Lexus badge still makes the Lexus the most prominent, but gives enough spacing to the edges of the grill that it doesn't feel crowded or pushed to the side.
