Yes, if you use the mid race save you can´t do anything else on the game, you have to exit...

I'd say if it's saved you should be able to.I'd say try it now for 5 minutes and see. only way to know for sure.

Sadly all those 3 are from my friends PS3 OCD, and I don't have my alt on that PS3.

From my PS3 OCD, I only have the New Beetle in Cameo Blue, and it's actually in your Gift Box
