Hello & Update Questions

Hi all

So I am the new guy!

Any chance anyone will be able to help....???

I have a few questions, namely:

1:Can I download GT5 Updates using my PC? I do not have access on the PS3
2:It looks like some of the new cars have a "Larger wheel diameter" option when tuning. Is this included with the newer updates?
3: If I down load the latest update, will all updates automatically be fixed.
