I'm quite new both to the GT-family and especially to this place. Forgive me if I'm posting the wrong place, or asking previously asked questions.
I bought the Audi R10 RC '06 the other day, but I'm simply not getting the best of it. I can drive it at 80% or so, but I simply cannot compete with other drivers with the same level of machinery. Am I just too dumb to play this game at lvl 23+? Surely don't hope so.
My problem is mainly coming out of the slow corners, as the braking and general handling is very good, I think. Nevertheless, coming out of slow corners, I often find myself spinning like a ferris wheel as soon as I even think about coming back on the throttle. Any general advices to keep grip coming out of those corners? I stick to the racing line as much as possible, and would dare to say that I am quite aware of my speed and direction.
So now, does this come down to me not being good enough? Can I in any way tune the car to avoid this? (I know nothing about tuning in GT5 or anywhere else. Nothing.) Is it just down to 'practice makes perfect'?
